Stuff And Junk

So, I'm STILL looking for employment 3 months after moving, which, while it sounds like it should be nice and relaxing, is totally NOT.
It's driving me fucking nuts and there's nothing I hate more than sitting around the house for weeks after going out every day for a month and not getting any interviews.

So, I've been drawing.
A lot.
I'm working on a few things right now, so keep your eyes open and don't be afraid to comment. =)

Your drawing point to postcards to me .. can you try selling some ?
I hear you and am totally with you. I'm on week 5 of No work (had a hysterectomy) and I'm turning to poker and chewing gum. Totally blows chunks.'
No more painkillers, so I cant sleep through the day, and I smoke way too much...which is no good since I was almost quit before the surgery.
Any way, I hope it works out for you!!

Woah how was the hystrerectomy? It's a possibility for me down the line, I have cervical pre-cancer and they keep hacking and burning chunks off of me to keep it at bay. I really don't see myself ever having kids so I'm gonna bring it up to my docs.....speedy recovery for you I hope!

I've learned that when it comes to art, people often ask for a critique but what they really want is a blowjob.

Looking at you reminds me of looking at the sun, and how the blind are so damned lucky.
I'm actually looking at doing some prints and shopping em around to a couple of coffeeshops here in the next week or two, I just found a place that has some nice cheap pre-cut mats. Hooray!

mmm, not so bad.
it hurt at first. But now that I'm on week 5, I'm feeling pretty good about it.
I would suggest *(just my thought) getting it done and over with if you're not planning to have kids. I let them mess around with me for 5 years, and it ended up this way any way. If I could get back all those days of lost work over the "issues", I'd be way better off financially.....oh, and P.S. the photo I have on here called "disappear" was taken about 3 years ago after they messed around with my system. Went down to 102 pounds and was sick as a dog.
But moving on...the long and short of it is:
I'm glad it's all over and I can get back to life.
I hope your troubles get sorted out too!!

Thanks for the encouragement. I seem to have issues with docs here who refuse to do things like tie tubes or anything unless you're over 30 and have already had a kid, but it would seem like I'll have a better shot at it if they keep hacking away bits of my freakin cervix everytime the abnormal cells come back. Did you have a full hysto or partial?

Full one. And the only problem I ended up having was I herniated (I think that's how it's spelled) my incision site. So doc was a wee pissed with me.
But yea, I had the same thing here, but it came down to me demanding a specialist and telling him that I wanted it DONE and over. And I lucked out with a really awesome specialist who seemed to understand that 5 years of bs was enough.
I hope that if you choose to go ahead and get it over with that you find a doctor that will listen and respect your wishes. But the problem with doctors is they always think they know what's best...and usually it's right, but not with regards to this.
