Well, not really a scheme, more like an art show.
Fuck it, TONS of people stick their work in coffeeshops, and some of them are WAY worse than me (haha) so I'm going to try to pick out prints that people seem to like and make small prints and have them matted, (which I have recently found that I can do on the cheap, hurrah!) and hold an art opening at a Chicago area coffeeshop and call it "Cheap art for broke chumps".
I know a couple of local musicians who probably owe me a favor and I know how to market things so that people pay attention, and I bet I could get some stuff sold.
I really WOULD like the prints to remain relatively inexpensive for broke chumps like myself though, because everyone should have access to art even if they make shitty minimum wage.
The question I need an answer to from anyone reading, is which prints would you like on YOUR walls? IF y'all WERE going to buy any of my prints, which ones would they be? I'm looking at 30-40 SMALL prints.....at the largest they will be 8x10, but I also like the look of groups of smaller photos in attractive matting.
Hmmmmm.
This is gonna take some work.

I've learned that when it comes to art, people often ask for a critique but what they really want is a blowjob.
Looking at you reminds me of looking at the sun, and how the blind are so damned lucky.

And
If you're gonna get them matted and set them up, I would suggest (just a suggestions) that you sell them in sets. ie. Make sets of 3 or 4 and instead of 8x10...(which i would go for also) sets of 3 or 4 5x7 wooden matts. It's inexpensive and appeals to a lot of people.
And
have you heard of Redbubble yet? If you aren't on there, you should be. A lot of Aussie's buy the kind of art that you have in your gallery, and at Redbubble, they do all the work for you.
Any who
I'm not sure how to do the link thing, but here's the url to your work that I'm really digging.

I don't wanna run nowhere,
don't want no one to care,
don't want another crack at it,
I'd rather be a crack addict,
I don't wanna look for help,
don't wanna help myself,
I don't even wanna try to get by,
to get by, to get by and to get by..
